Soy wax is a vegetable wax derived from soybean oil.  It is a natural, renewable resource, biodegradable and cleans up with plain old soap and water.

I'm unsure which scent to choose. Can you help?

We sell wax melt sample packs, which give you the chance to try them out to discover your favourites at a small cost.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

5 - 10 working days. All orders are made to order.

Do you include an invoice inside the order?

We like to do our bit to help the environment and use less paper where we can, so do not include an invoice inside the order. We also have many customers who purchase items as gifts, so this helps avoid any payment or billing information being visible.

Can I send my order to someone else, as it is a gift?

Yes, you can. Make sure you put their details in the shipping information section at checkout. We don't include invoices, so no pricing or billing information will be in the package.
